2008 Quality Data Codes on qualifying Part B claims with a
January 1, 2008 date of service of. Information on the 119
Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) measures, release
notes, and detailed specifications are available on the CMS
website. Eligible professionals are encouraged to contact their
professional associations for additional information and tools
that will facilitate participation.
