It has been a must for me each morning to check out comments and think of a new post on this personal health blog. I became some kind of a “personal health evangelist” from quite some time now and sharing tips and details from my personal experiences, readings and research have been both my passion and profession at the same time. The greatest wealth is health, that was taken from the context of famous Roman poet, Virgil. Have you ever heard a basketball player who is mentally ill? Or someone who can sings well with a stomach cramps or got ailments such as those concerns the vocal cords? There could be, but what I am saying here is that in order to achieve the “wealth” that could be in a form of Money, success or achievement of goals, we need major factors of our system health. Our wealth would be useless if we can’t take care of our health in the end. In order to take care of our health, we simply need to maintain and live a healthy lifestyle.
I have been an avid fan of Healthy Living by Blogger Vanessa, according to one of her articles: there can be at least ten things that we can do in order to have a healthy living habit. These habits, if applied and followed correctly would result in having an enjoyable and healthy living. The healthy habits that you can do are: doing a regular moderate exercise, eating healthy means, normal sleep cycle, encourage activity that develops new outlets, limit yourself from mass media exposure, distance yourself from persons with negative vibrations, calm environment and relaxation like yoga and meditation, avoidance of stressful situations, use of support system and paying attention to small pleasures in life. If these ten things can be done on a habitual basis, then you are on your way to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
